Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na připravenost obyvatelstva na mimořádné události a krizové situace v obci Plumlov. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je uvedena historie, jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které se vztahují k tématu, dále je pak uvedena nejdůležitější legislativa, jsou popsány hlavní úkoly ochrany obyvatelstva, IZS a jednotlivé mimořádné události. Praktická část práce obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku obce Plumlov, identifikaci a analýzu rizik pomocí vybraných metod. Dále obsahuje následný rozbor dotazníkového šetření, jeho vyhodnocení a návrhy pro zlepšení informovanosti obyvatelstva. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on the preparedness of the population for emergencies and crisis situations in the village of Plumlov. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the history is presented, basic concepts related to the topic are explained, then the most important legislation and the main tasks of population protection are presented, IZS and individual emergencies are also described. The practical part of the thesis contains a brief description of the village of Plumlov, identification and analysis of risks using selected methods. The practical part also includes a subsequent analysis of the questionnaire survey, its evaluation and suggestions for improving the awareness of the population. |
