Změna klimatu je čím dál více zmiňovaným tématem. Jedná se o jednu z hlavních oblastí, které musí lidstvo věnovat velkou pozornost, aby život na této planetě byl zachován tak jako známe i pro budoucí generace. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou adaptace na změnu klimatu ve městě Uherský Brod. První část je zaměřena na klimatickou změnu a její dopady a charakteristiku souvisejících pojmů. Součástí této části je také představení právního, institucionálního a ekonomického rámce změny klimatu. Druhá část práce se zabývá analýzou a zhodnocením současných adaptačních opatření a celkové adaptace řešeného území. Součástí této části je i návrhová část, která obsahuje návrh projektu a doporučení na rozšíření adaptace. |

Climate change is an increasingly mentioned topic. It is one of the main areas that humanity must pay close attention in order to preserve life on this planet as we know it for future generations. This thesis deals with the analysis of adaptation to climate change in the town of Uherský Brod. The first part of this thesis focused on climate change and its impacts, as well as a characteristics of related concepts. This selections also includes an introduction to the legal, institutional and economic framework of climate change. The second part of this thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the current adaptation measures and overal adaptation of the territory under discusion. This part also includes a proposal part which contained a project and recommendations fot the extension of the adaptation. |
