dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na finanční analýzu vybrané společnosti za období let 2017-2022. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti a vytvoření návrhů pro zlepšení identifikovaných oblastí. Práce je strukturována do dvou hlavních částí. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše odborné literatury zaměřené na problematiku finanční analýzy pro stanovení finančního zdraví a zdrojů pro její uskutečnění. Praktická část využívá těchto teoretických východisek pro aplikaci finanční analýzy na konkrétní společnost, konkurenta a odvětví. Na základě výstupů jednotlivých analýz, finančních ukazatelů a srovnání s konkurentem a odvětvím, dojde k vyhodnocení finanční analýzy a formulaci doporučení pro zlepšení finanční situace vybrané společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial analysis of a selected company for the period of 2017-2022. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company and to create proposals for improving the identified areas. The work is structured into two main parts. The theoretical section conducts a literature review of scholarly works focused on financial analysis issues for determining financial health and the resources for its implementation. The practical section utilizes these theoretical foundations to apply financial analysis to a specific company, competitor, and industry. Based on the outputs of individual analyses, financial indicators, and comparisons with a competitor and the industry, the financial analysis will be evaluated and recommendations for improving the financial situation of the selected company will be formulated.
