Diplomová práce pojednává o přípravě podkladů pro založení neziskové organizace v oblasti edukace o ženském zdraví. Její záměr je široký - vzdělávat odbornou i širokou veřejnost, aby dosáhla kvalitnější péče o ženské zdraví v celé české populaci. Tato práce tedy zahrnuje základní rozlišení zdravotníků věnujících se ženskému zdraví - fyzioterapeuty, lékaře se specializací v gynekologii a porodnictví, nutriční terapeuty a porodní asistentky. Práce se věnuje rešerši teoretických poznatků nezbytných pro založení nové organizace a následnému analyzovaní uskutečnitelnosti plánu. Finanční plán nastiňuje schopnost organizace přežít ve střednědobém měřítku. Praktická část pak zahrnuje PESTLE analýzu, analýzu konkurence, SWOT analýzu, business plán a model Canvas, finanční plán, analýzu rizik a časovou analýzu. |

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of documents for the establishment of a non-profit organization in the field of women's health education. Its purpose is broad - to educate both the professional and general public to achieve better quality care for women's health in the entire Czech population. Thus, this work includes a basic differentiation of health professionals dedicated to women's health - physiotherapists, obstetricians and gynaecologists, nutritional therapists and midwives. The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical knowledge necessary for the establishment of a new organization and subsequent analysis of the feasibility of the plan. The financial plan outlines the organization's ability to survive in the medium term. The practical part then includes PESTLE analysis, competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, business plan and Canvas model, financial plan, risk analysis and time analysis. |
