dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci se zaměřením na společnost ZF Engineering Plzeň. Cílem je zhodnotit aktuální stav BOZP v podmínkách konkrétního pracoviště a navrhnout možná zlepšení. Teoretická část se zabývá základní terminologií a přehledem platné legislativy, která upravuje povinnosti zaměstnavatelů a práva zaměstnanců v oblasti BOZP. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu stávajících opatření, především v souvislosti s manipulací s nebezpečnými chemickými látkami a používáním osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků. Výstupem práce je návrh na optimalizaci současného stavu s cílem zvýšit úroveň ochrany zdraví zaměstnanců a zlepšit prevenci pracovních rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of occupational health and safety with a focus on the company ZF Engineering Plzeň. The aim is to evaluate the current state of OSH in the conditions of a specific workplace and to propose possible improvements. The theoretical part deals with basic terminology and an overview of the legislation in force, which regulates the obligations of employers and the rights of employees in the field of OSH. The practical part is focused on the analysis of existing measures, especially in relation to the handling of hazardous chemicals and the use of personal protective equipment. The output of the work is a proposal for optimization of the current situation in order to increase the level of protection of employees' health and to improve the prevention of occupational risks.
