dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce řeší problémy spojené s balicími procesy ve skladu společnosti. Pro vyhodnocení a implementaci návrhu je použita simulace za pomoci programovacího jazyka Python. Hlavním účelem je zefektivnit stávající procesy a poskytnout určité návrhy na zlepšení. Tato práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na literární rešerši v oblasti logistiky a zkoumá teoretické poznatky, které jsou následně využity pro zpracování praktické části. Praktická část zkoumá problém, který byl identifikován během procesní analýzy, a navrhuje doporučení na změnu dané situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis addresses the problems associated with the packaging processes in a company's warehouse. Simulation using the Python programming language is used to evaluate and implement the proposal. The main purpose is to optimise the existing processes and provide some suggestions for improvement. This thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on a literature search in the field of logistics and explores the theoretical knowledge, which is then used to develop the practical part. The practical part examines the problem that was identified during the process analysis and proposes recommendations to change the current situation.
