V teoretické části práce bude nejdříve zpracována problematika finančních zdrojů na základě kritické literární rešerše. Budou představeny všechny významné zdroje financování, které může podnik využít ke své ekonomické činnosti. V analytické části budou analyzovány finanční zdroje podniku XYZ, s.r.o., za období od r. 2003 do r. 2007,budou stanoveny průměrné náklady kapitálu za podnik podle různých přístupů. V projektové části budou analyzovány tři nově dostupné zdroje financování, které může podnik využít k profinancování rekonstrukce nevyužité budovy. Nakonec budou potenciální zdroje srovnány podle nejrůznějších hledisek a podniku bude doporučeno čerpání pro něj toho nejvýhodnějšího. |

In theoretical part of thesis, the issue of financial resources will be elaborated on the basis of critical literary research. All significant financial sources practicable for the enterprise and serving its economic activity will be introduced. Analytical part will discover financial sources of enterprise XYZ, Ltd., during the phase from the year 2003 to 2007, average expenses of enterprise monitoring various approach is also going to be specified. In practical part, 3 newly atainable financial sources will be analyzed. These can be used for financing the restoration of dormant building. At the end finally the potential sources will be compared according to all sorts of aspects and the enterprise will be recommended the best solution. |
