dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou neformální péče o osoby v terminálním stádiu onemocnění. Teoretická část definuje klíčové pojmy, jako je terminální stádium, neformální péče, zátěž pečujících a dostupné formy podpory. Praktická část, založená na případových studiích čtyř neformálních pečujících, identifikuje zásadní problémy v oblasti informovanosti, dostupnosti služeb a psychické zátěže. Výzkum ukazuje na urgentní potřebu systémového řešení, zejména zřízení specializované terénní služby pro pečující, zakotvené v zákoně o sociálních službách. Tato služba by poskytovala komplexní poradenství a podporu v domácím prostředí pečujících. Práce zdůrazňuje nenahraditelnou roli neformálních pečujících a nutnost systémové podpory této skupiny, která by vedla ke zkvalitnění péče o terminálně nemocné a snížení zátěže formálního systému. Budoucí výzkum by se měl zaměřit na kvantitativní ověření zjištění a detailnější analýzu efektivity navrhovaných opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the issue of informal care for individuals in the terminal stage of illness. The theoretical part defines key concepts such as terminal stage, informal care, caregiver burden, and available forms of support. The practical part, based on case studies of four informal caregivers, identifies crucial problems in the areas of information access, service availability, and psychological burden. The research highlights the urgent need for a systemic solution, particularly the establishment of a specialized field service for caregivers, anchored in the Social Services Act. This service would provide comprehensive counseling and support in the caregivers' home environment. The thesis emphasizes the irreplaceable role of informal caregivers and the necessity of systemic support for this group, which would lead to an improvement in the quality of care for the terminally ill and a reduction in the burden on the formal care system. Future research should focus on quantitative verification of the findings and a more detailed analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed measures.
