Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá propagáciou projektu Technikiáda v Zlínskom kraji. Cieľom je analýza súčasného stavu propagácie v Zlínskom kraji a na základe zistení, vypracovať návrhy a odporúčania, ktoré budú viesť ku zlepšeniu aktuálnej situácie projektu. Teoretická časť práce sa zaoberá marketingom a komunikáciou. V ďalších kapitolách sú vysvetlené pojmy, ktoré sa zaoberajú marketingovým mixom, komunikačným mixom a o online marketingom. Praktická časť predstavuje projekt Technikiáda a analýzu aktuálnych propagačných prostriedkov, ktoré boli získané rozhovorom so spoluzakladateľom projektu. Na základe toho bola vytvorená SWOT analýza a návrhy na zlepšenie, ktoré by mali viesť ku zefektívneniu a zlepšeniu propagácie projektu v Zlínskom kraji. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with the promotion of the Technikiáda project in the Zlín region. The aim is to analyze the current state of promotion in the Zlín region and, based on the findings, to develop proposals and recommendations that will lead to an improvement in the current situation of the project. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with marketing and communication. The following chapters explain the concepts that deal with marketing mix, communication mix and online marketing. The practical part presents the Technikiáda project and an analysis of current promotional means, which were obtained by interviewing the project co-founder. Based on this, a SWOT analysis and suggestions for improvement were created, which should lead to an increase in efficiency and improvement in the promotion of the project in the Zlín region. |
