dc.description.abstract	Bakalářské práci s názvem "Analýza makroekonomických vlivů na trh práce, migraci a nezaměstnanost v Evropě" se zabývá dopady války na Ukrajině na trh práce v souvislosti s migrací ukrajinského obyvatelstva. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit dopady války na Ukrajině na trh práce, ve vztahu k migraci ukrajinského obyvatelstva a jejich důsledky pro zaměstnanost v České republice, Německu a Polsku. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní makroekonomické pojmy související s trhem práce, nezaměstnaností a migrací. Praktická část se zaměřuje na strukturu uprchlické populace, míru zaměstnanosti a hlavní překážky integrace, jako je například jazyková bariéra nebo uznávaní kvalifikací. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována situaci v České republice, kde ukrajinští uprchlíci tvoří významný přínos pro pracovní trh. Na závěr jsou shrnuty hlavní poznatky a zhodnocení situace ve sledovaných zemích-České republice, Německu a v Polsku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis entitled "Analysis of Macroeconomic Influences on the Labour Market, Migration and Unemployment in Europe" deals with the impact of the war in Ukraine on the labour market in connection with the migration of the Ukrainian population. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to identify the effects of the war in Ukraine on the labour market in relation to the migration of the Ukrainian population and its consequences for employment in the Czech Republic, Germany and Poland. The theoretical part explains basic macroeconomic concepts related to the labour market, unemployment and migration. The practical part focuses on the structure of the refugee population, the employment rate, and the main barriers to integration, such as the language barrier and recognition of qualifications. Special attention is paid to the situation in the Czech Republic, where Ukrainian refugees represent a significant contribution to the labour market. Finally, the main findings and assessment of the situation in the monitored countries - the Czech Republic, Germany and Poland are summarized.
