Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá managementom duševného zdravia zamestnancov v Technologickom inovačnom centre v Zlíne. Cieľom bolo zhodnotiť existujúce opatrenia na podporu duševnej pohody a analyzovať ich vnímanie zamestnancami. Výskum preukázal, že najviac oceňovanými opatreniami sú flexibilný pracovný čas a možnosť práce z domu. Na základe týchto zistení sa odporúča vypracovanie interného dokumentu na podporu duševného zdravia a realizácia celofiremných aktivít so zameraním na túto tému. |

This bachelor's thesis examines the management of employee mental health at the Technology Innovation Centre in Zlín. The objective was to assess the current mental health support measures and analyze how they are perceived by employees. The research showed that flexible working hours and the option to work from home are the most valued measures. Based on these findings, the thesis recommends developing an internal document focused on mental health support and implementing company-wide activities on this topic. |
