Tato práce se zaměřuje na zavedení koncepce Supply Chain Management do řízení firmy a vliv na zvyšování výkonnosti podniku. Práce nejprve prozkoumává teoretické poznatky z odborné literatury včetně několika odborných článků na toto téma, aby následně v další části mohla být navrhnuta a provedena opatření, které pomohou zlepšit stávající situaci. V poslední části diplomové práce je navrhnuta koncepce Supply Chain Management, která je poté implementována do řízení firmy pomocí určitých kroků. |
