dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zhodnocení situace na trhu práce v Pardubickém kraji se zaměřením na zpracovatelský průmysl v okrese Chrudim. V teoretické části byla zpracována literární rešerše trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti, hospodářského cyklu a Beveridgeovy křivky. Praktická část bakalářské práce byla složena ze dvou částí, a to sekundárního výzkumu a primárního výzkumu Výstupem sekundárního výzkumu byla konstrukce Beveridgeovy křivky, která prokázala strukturální nezaměstnanost. Primární výzkum obsahoval jak kvalitativní data, tak kvantitativní data. U primárního výzkumu z Úřadu práce Chrudim a mezi firmami zpracovatelského průmyslu je jasný nesoulad mezi požadavky trhu práce (poptávkou firem) a mezi uchazeči o zaměstnání (nabídkou práce). Nebyl prokázán žádný zásadní dopad digitalizace a automatizace na zaměstnanost u dotazovaných firem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of bachelor´s thesis was to evaluate the the labor market situation in the Pardubice region, with a focus on the manufacturing industry in the Chrudim district. In the theoretical part, a literature review was conducted on the labor market, unemployment, the economic cycle and the Beveridge curve. The practical part of the thesis consisted of two sections: secondary research and primary research. The outcome of the secondary research was the construction of the Beveridge curve, which indicated structural unemployment. The primary research included both qualitative and quantitative data. In the primary research conducted through the Labour office in Chrudim and among companies in the manufacturing industry, a clear mismatch was identified between labor market demands (company demand) and job seekers (labor supply). No significant impact of digitalization and automation on employment was confirmed among the surveyed companies.
