dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zabezpečení dat v prostředí cloudové platformy Salesforce. Cílem práce je analyzovat bezpečnostní architekturu systému, identifikovat klíčové hrozby a zranitelnosti a navrhnout účinná bezpečnostní opatření pro ochranu dat a řízení přístupu. Součástí práce je také praktické ověření vybraných bezpečnostních funkcí a testování možných scénářů zneužití. Pozornost je věnována především přístupovým tokenům, možnostem omezení přístupu podle IP adres a času, správě oprávnění a chování systému při různých konfiguracích. Práce rovněž upozorňuje na riziko zneužití access tokenu, pokud není správně zabezpečeno prostředí. Výsledkem je soubor doporučených bezpečnostních opatření a konfigurací, které mohou pomoci organizacím zvýšit úroveň ochrany dat v Salesforce. Pro pokročilé bezpečnostní nastavení je dále doporučeno využití rozšíření Salesforce Shield.

The aim of the work is to analyze the system's security architecture, identify key threats and vulnerabilities, and propose effective measures for data protection and access control. The thesis also includes practical verification of selected security functions and testing of potential misuse scenarios. Special attention is given to access tokens, access restrictions based on IP ranges and login hours, permission set management, and system behavior under various configurations. The thesis highlights the risk of abusing the access token as a substitute for a standard API bearer token when the environment is not properly secured. The result is a set of recommended security configurations and practices that can help organizations enhance their data protection in Salesforce. For advanced auditing and encryption, the use of Salesforce Shield is recommended.
