dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá návrhem implementace požadavků směrnice EU NIS2 do českého národního prostředí na základě nového zákona o kybernetické bezpečnosti a je zaměřena na obecný případ poskytovatele služby splňujícího podmínky pro registraci regulované služby v režimu nižších povinností, tedy jehož poskytované služby vyjmenované zákonem v kombinaci s velikostí podniku zakládají důvod pro regulaci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the proposal for the implementation of the requirements of the EU NIS2 Directive into the Czech national environment based on the new Cybersecurity Act and is focused on the general case of a service provider meeting the conditions for registration of a regulated service in the regime of lower obligations, i.e. whose services provided as listed by law in combination with the size of the company constitute a reason for regulation.
