dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou týmové práce ve vybrané organizaci. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce je podkladem pro praktickou část a obsahuje charakteristiku pojmu tým, význam týmové spolupráce, faktory, které ji ovlivňují a kroky k vybudování týmu. V úvodu praktické části bakalářské práce je představena organizace, která umožnila sběr dat pro analýzu současného stavu týmové práce. Ve vybrané organizaci bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, čemuž se věnuje následující kapitola. Dále byla provedena analýza týmových rolí s použitím Belbinova testu. Na základě získaných dat byla organizaci navrhnuta doporučení na zlepšení týmové práce v organizaci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of teamwork in a selected organisation. This thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis is the basis for the practical part and includes the characteristics of the concept of team, the meaning of teamwork, factors that affect it and steps to build a team. In the beginning of the practical part of the bachelor thesis, the organisation is introduced, which enabled the collection of data for the analysis of the current state of teamwork. A questionnaire survey was conducted in the selected organisation, which is the focus of the following chapter. Furthermore, an analysis of team roles was conducted using the Belbin test. Based on the data collected, recommendations were proposed to the organisation to improve teamwork in the organization.
