dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh a realizaci open source webové aplikace pro plánování směn v malých podnicích. Cílem práce je navrhnout, implementovat a popsat systém, který usnadní správu zaměstnanců, směn a provozoven a přinese vyšší efektivitu a přehlednost do každodenního provozu. Práce se zabývá volbou vhodného technologického řešení, konkrétně PHP frameworku Laravel, návrhem databázové struktury, správou uživatelských rolí a oprávnění a implementací hlavních funkcionalit aplikace. Důraz je kladen na bezpečnost systému, uživatelskou přívětivost a možnost budoucího rozšíření, například o mobilní aplikaci nebo nové moduly. Na základě implementace je provedeno zhodnocení dosažených výsledků, přínosů a případných omezení navrženého řešení pro praxi malých firem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an open source web application for shift scheduling in small businesses. The aim of the thesis is to design, implement and describe a system that will facilitate the management of employees, shifts and premises and bring greater efficiency and clarity to day-to-day operations. The thesis deals with the selection of a suitable technological solution, namely the PHP framework Laravel, the design of the database structure, the management of user roles and permissions and the implementation of the main functionalities of the application. Emphasis is placed on the security of the system, user-friendliness and the possibility of future extension, for example, with a mobile application or new modules. Based on the implementation, an evaluation of the achieved results, benefits and possible limitations of the proposed solution for the practice of small companies is made.
