dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá migrací webu klecuvka.cz z redakčního systému Joomla 3.10.12 na nejnovější verzi Joomla 5.x a návrhem podpůrné aplikace pro měření výkonností webových stránek. Hlavním cílem je ověřit hypotézu, že použití moderních, podporovaných technologií a správně zvolený migrační postup vedou k významnému zvýšení bezpečnosti i rychlosti a optimalizaci načítání webu. Nejprve jsou definovány základní pojmy, popsány principy CMS a provedena rešerše různých webů obcí, aktuálního stavu migrovaného webu a softwarů pro testování jejich výkonu. Z těchto rešerší dále vychází vývoj vlastní webové aplikace pro testování výkonu, analýza požadavků a dvoufázová migrace z Joomla 3 na 4 a poté 5. V práci je také popsána prevence systému před bezpečnostními riziky. Web s novou responzivní šablonou je poté testován a porovnán s původní verzí webu. Navržený postup, společně se zkušenostmi autora a vyvinutá aplikace mohou sloužit jako návod a nástroj pro další projekty migrace Joomla.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with migration of klecuvka.cz website from Joomla 3.10.12 to the latest version of Joomla 5.x and design of a supporting application for measuring website performance. The main objective is to test the hypothesis that the use of modern, supported technologies and a properly chosen migration procedure lead to a significant increase in security and speed and optimization of the loading of the website. First, basic concepts are defined, CMS principles are described, and a search of different municipal websites, the current state of the migrated website and software for testing their performance is conducted. These researches are then used as a basis for the development of a custom web application for performance testing, requirements analysis and two-phase migration from Joomla 3 to 4 and then 5. The thesis also describes the prevention of system security risks. The website with the new responsive template is then tested and compared with the original version of the website. The proposed procedure, together with the author's experience and the developed application can serve as a guide and tool for other Joomla migration projects.
