dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá projektem založení rehabilitační ambulance v Břeclavi. V teoretické části definuje fyzioterapii a rehabilitaci, popisuje legislativní požadavky na podnikání v tomto oboru a je podrobně popsán podnikatelský plán a jeho struktura. Praktická část obsahuje analýzy trhu, které pomohly identifikovat klíčové faktory ovlivňující úspěšnost projektu. Na základě těchto analýz byl vytvořen podnikatelský plán, který může sloužit jako podklad pro podnikatele při zakládání rehabilitačního zařízení.

The practical part includes market analyses that have helped identify key factors affecting the project's success. Based on these analyses, a business plan was created, which can serve as a foundation for entrepreneurs when establishing a rehabilitation facility.
