dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou založení centra mamografického screeningu pro okres Zlín. Skládá se ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část byla zpracována formou literární rešerše a podává ucelené poznatky o podnikání v oblasti zdravotnictví, screeningových programech ČR, nádorovém onemocnění prsu a podnikatelském plánu. V praktické části je nejprve provedena analýza prostředí za pomocí PESTLE analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti sil, SWOT analýzy a dotazníkového šetření. Následně jsou tyto informace využity k vytvoření samotného návrhu projektu, jehož součástí je marketingový, personální a finanční plán, včetně rizikové i časové analýzy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the establishment of a mammography screening centre for the Zlín district. It consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part has been prepared in the form of a literature review, witch provides comprehensive overview of business practice in the field of health care, screening programs in the Czech Republic, breast cancer and business plan. In the practical part, firstly, the environmental analysis is carried out using PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis and questionnaire survey. This information is then used to develop the project proposal, which encompasses a marketing, staffing and financial plan, including risk and time analysis.
