dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřená na rozvoj pracoviště PET/CT Kliniky nukleární medicíny Fakultní nemocnice Olomouc. Cílem je zanalyzovat a odpovědět na otázky nezbytnosti rozšíření pracoviště PET/CT s ohledem na současné a budoucí potřeby. V teoretické části je práce zaměřená na oblast zdravotnických služeb v České republice, finanční analýzu a projektový management. Analytická část je zaměřená na komplexní analýzu makroprostředí Kliniky nukleární medicíny, finanční situaci nemocnice, kliniky a samotného pracoviště PET/CT. Součásti je rovněž analýza stavu Kliniky nukleární medicíny z pohledu personálního a provozního zastoupení a proces popisu nákupu nového PET/CT přístroje. Projektová část se poté zabývá samotným projektem na rozvoj pracoviště PET/CT, rizikovou a časovou analýzou a závěrečným vyhodnocením dopadu projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the development of the PET/CT department of the Nuclear Medicine Clinic of the University Hospital Olomouc. The aim is to analyze and answer the questions of the necessity of expanding the PET/CT department with regard to current and future needs. In the theoretical part, the work focuses on the area of health services in the Czech Republic, financial analysis and project management. The analytical part is focused on a comprehensive analysis of the macroenvironment of the Nuclear Medicine Clinic, the financial situation of the hospital, the clinic and the PET/CT department itself. It also includes an analysis of the state of the Nuclear Medicine Clinic from the perspective of personnel and operational representation and the process of describing the purchase of a new PET/CT device. The project part then deals with the project itself for the development of the PET/CT department, risk and time analysis and the final evaluation of the impact of the project.
