dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh nového layoutu vybraného pracoviště ve společnosti KALINA industries, s.r.o. Cílem práce je dosáhnout snížení nákladů z důvodu prostojů způsobených materiálovým tokem a manipulací s materiály při zásobování strojů alespoň o 10 %. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu pracoviště pomocí metod průmyslového inženýrství, jako jsou snímek pracovního dne, spaghetti diagram, XYZ analýza a Sankey diagram. Cílem analýzy současného stavu je vyčíslit odhadované náklady způsobené materiálovým tokem a manipulací s materiály v současném layoutu. Na základě této analýzy je vypracován návrh tří variant layoutu. Každá varianta snižuje délku materiálového toku a časovou náročnost manipulace. Na závěr je vybrána finální varianta, která přináší nejvyšší úspory v porovnání s investičními náklady spojenými se změnou layoutu a jejich dobou návratnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the design of a new layout of selected workplace in KALINA industries, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to achieve a reduction of cost due to downtime caused by material flow and material handling in the supply of machines by at least 10 %. The practical part of the thesis focuses on analysing the current situation of the workplace using industrial engineering methods such as workday snapshot, spaghetti diagram, XYZ analysis and Sankey diagram. The aim of current state analysis is to estimate and quantify costs caused by material flow and material handling in the current layout. Based on the analysis, a proposal of three layout options is developed. Each option reduces the length of material flow and time-consuming handling. Finally, a final variant is selected that yields the highest savings compared to the investment costs associated with the layout change and their payback period.
