dc.description.abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou povinností mzdové účetní ve vybrané firmě. V teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši, která se vztahuje k dané problematice. Jsou zde vysvětleny pojmy z oblasti mzdového účetnictví, pracovního poměru či daňové problematiky. Praktická část je věnována analýze povinností mzdové účetní ve firmě Koutný, s.r.o. Zaměřuje se na práci účetní při vzniku pracovního poměru, během pracovního poměru, na konci účetního období a při skončení pracovního poměru. Závěr práce shrnuje a navrhuje doporučení pro zlepšení efektivity a práce mzdové účetní.

dc.description.abstract-translated The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the payroll accountant's responsibilities in a selected company. The theoretical part includes a literature review related to the given issue. Concepts from the field of payroll accounting, employment relationships, and tax issues are explained here. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the payroll accountant's responsibilities in the company Koutný, s.r.o. It focuses on the accountant's work at the beginning of an employment relationship, during the employment relationship, at the end of the accounting period, and at the end of the employment relationship. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the findings and proposes recommendations for improving the efficiency and work of the payroll accountant.
