dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním dlouhodobého majetku ve firmě NVB LINE s.r.o., která se specializuje na dopravní značení a údržbu komunikací. Cílem práce je analyzovat současné financování dlouhodobého majetku ve firmě a na základě analýzy a posouzení jednotlivých forem financování navrhnout doporučení pro financování nového stroje na vodorovné dopravní značení. Teoretická část práce definuje dlouhodobý majetek, popisuje způsoby jeho pořízení, následné ocenění a taky představuje různé formy financování. Praktická část aplikuje teoretické poznatky na firmu NVB LINE s.r.o., analyzuje její současnou finanční situaci a strukturu financování pomocí finanční analýzy. Následně porovnává varianty financování. Bankovní úvěry od Moneta Money Bank, a.s., Raiffeisenbank a.s. a finanční leasing od IMPULS-Leasing-AUSTRIA s.r.o. Výsledky srovnání těchto variant slouží k určení nejvhodnějšího způsobu financování a konkrétnímu doporučení pro firmu s cílem zlepšit způsob financování dlouhodobého majetku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the financing of fixed assets for NVB LINE s.r.o., which specializes in traffic signs and road maintenance. The thesis aims to analyse the current financing of fixed assets in the company and based on the analysis and assessment of the different forms of financing, to propose recommendations for financing a new machine for horizontal road marking. The theoretical part of the thesis defines fixed assets, describes the methods of their acquisition, subsequent valuation and also presents the different forms of financing. The practical part applies the theoretical knowledge to the company NVB LINE s.r.o., analyses its current financial situation and financing structure through financial analysis. Subsequently, it compares financing options. Bank loans from Moneta Money Bank, a.s., Raiffeisenbank a.s. and financial leasing from IMPULS-Leasing-AUSTRIA s.r.o. The results of the comparison of these options are used to determine the most appropriate financing method and specific recommendations for the company to improve the way of financing fixed assets.
