dc.description.abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním neziskových organizací, konkrétně organizace Nadace Most k domovu Zlín. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současný stav financování nadace a navrhnout konkrétní možnosti opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu financování. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením pojmu nezisková organizace a popisem jednotlivých forem jejího financování. V praktické části je následně zpracovaná analýza hospodaření a analýza finančních zdrojů nadace ve sledovaném období. Na základě těchto analýz je provedeno celkové zhodnocení finanční situace nadace a navržena opatření směřující ke zlepšení financování nadace v budoucnu.

dc.description.abstract-translated The bachelor's thesis deals with financing non-profit organizations, specifically the Nadace Most k domovu Zlín organization. The thesis aims to evaluate the foundation's current financing state and propose specific options for measures to improve the current financing state. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of a non-profit organization and the description of the various forms of financing it offers. In the practical part, the analysis of the management and the analysis of the foundation's financial resources in the period under review are presented. Based on these analyses, an overall assessment of the foundation's financial situation is made, and measures to improve the foundation's future financing are proposed.
