dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabyvá využitím kolagenu v kosmetickém průmyslu. Úvodní část se věnuje anatomii, funkcím kůže a vyznamu kolagenu pro její strukturu a regeneraci. Dále jsou popsány živočišné zdroje kolagenu, zejména rybí a drůbeží kolagen, jejich vlastnosti a porovnání, a také netradiční zdroje a veganské alternativy. Pozornost je věnována také požadavkům na bezpečnost a účinnost kosmetickych přípravků obsahujících kolagen. Práce shrnuje dostupné poznatky o přírodních i alternativních zdrojích kolagenu v kosmetickych formulacích.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of collagen in the cosmetic industry. The introductory section addresses the anatomy and functions of the skin, as well as the importance of collagen for its structure and regeneration. Furthermore, animal sources of collagen are described, particularly fish and poultry collagen, including their properties and comparison, along with non-traditional sources and vegan alternatives. Attention is also given to safety and efficacy requirements for cosmetic products containing collagen. The thesis summarizes the available knowledge on both natural and alternative sources of collagen in cosmetic formulations.
