Bakalářská práce se zabývá antioxidanty, se zaměřením na resveratrol - jeho vlastnosti, stabilitu a biologickou dostupnost. Popsány jsou způsoby zvyšování stability antioxidantů, především enkapsulací do kopolymerních micel, a využití těchto systémů v kosmetice a farmacii. Praktická část hodnotí enkapsulaci resveratrolu do micel na bázi poloxamerů různými metodami. Byla měřena velikost micel, účinnost enkapsulace a antioxidační aktivita. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on antioxidants, especially resveratrolits properties, stability, and bioavailability. It describes methods to improve antioxidant stability, mainly via encapsulation in copolymeric micelles, and their use in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. The experimental part evaluates resveratrol encapsulation into poloxamer-based micelles using various techniques. Micelle size, encapsulation efficiency, and antioxidant activity were measured. |
