dc.description.abstract	Mikrobiom kůže je komplexní systém mikroorganismů, který ovlivňuje zdravotní stav každého jedince. Mezi dysbiózy mikrobiomu patří acne vulgaris a jiná kožní onemocnění. Acne vulgaris je nejběžnějším typem kožního onemocnění u dospívajících, které je spojeno se zvýšenou aktivitou některých kožních mikroorganismů, především Cutibacterium acnes. Probiotika jsou žívé mikroorganismy, které podporují funkci mikrobiomu a aplikace probiotické kosmetiky napomáhá při léčbě acne vulgaris.

Microbiome dysbiosis includes acne vulgaris and other skin diseases. Acne vulgaris is the most common type of skin disease in adolescents, which is associated with increased activity of certain skin microorganisms, especially Cutibacterium acnes. Probiotics are live microorganisms that support the function of the microbiome, and the application of probiotic cosmetics helps in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
