dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na využití antioxidantů v dermokosmetických aplikacích. V teoretické části byla věnována pozornost jejich roli v ochraně kožních buněk před oxidačním stresem a schopnosti zpomalovat procesy stárnutí. Dále byla popsána problematika enkapsulace aktivních látek, včetně současných trendů v oblasti cíleného transportu a řízeného uvolňování účinných látek v kosmetických formulacích. V praktické části práce byl enkapsulován vybraný antioxidant - kvercetin, který byl s dalšími aktivními látkami inkorporován do krémových matric. U připravených anti-aging formulací byly hodnoceny mikrobiologické, stabilitní, organoleptické či antioxidační vlastnosti, a také in vivo účinnost na pokožku, včetně analýzy změn kožního reliéfu. Výsledky potvrdily antioxidační účinnost formulací a jejich pozitivní vliv na anti-aging vlastnosti pokožky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focused on the use of antioxidants in dermocosmetic applications. The theoretical part focused on their role in the protection of skin cells against oxidative stress and their ability to slow down the aging process. Furthermore, the issue of encapsulation of active substances was described, including current trends in the field of targeted transport and controlled release of active substances in cosmetic formulations. In the practical part of the work, a selected antioxidant - quercetin was encapsulated and incorporated with other active ingredients into cream matrices. The prepared anti-aging formulations were evaluated for microbiological, stability, organoleptic or antioxidant properties and in vivo efficacy on skin, including analysis of skin relief changes. The results confirmed the antioxidant efficacy of the formulations and their positive effect on the anti-aging properties of the skin.
