Má bakalářská práce popisuje obecní zřízení v ČR. V teoretické části přibližuje příčiny a okolnosti vzniku územní samosprávy, dále pojednává o struktuře obecního zřízení v současnosti a nastiňuje stručnou charakteristiku územní veřejné správy v zemích Evropské unie. V praktické části jsou analyzovány příčiny vedoucí ke vzniku dobrovolných svazků obcí a hodnoceny současné trendy spolupráce obcí. Cílem mé práce je charakteristika obce jako veřejnoprávní korporace, vymezení pravomocí a působností obce a zhodnocení spolupráce obcí. |

My bachelor assignment describes municipal organizations in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part I have explained the causes and conditions of the municipal authority formation. Furthermore my assignment deals with present structure of municipal authori-ties and it provides brief characteristics of the regional public administration within the European Union countries. In the practical part I have analysed the causes leading to the establishment of the voluntary community confederation. I have also evaluated the present trends of the community cooperation. The objective of my assignment is the characteristics of the community as a public corporation, stating its rights and responsibilities and evaluating the cooperation among the com-munities. |
