dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu modernizace Turistického informačního centra (TIC) ve Vsetíně. Teoretická část se věnuje významu cestovního ruchu pro regionální rozvoj, kohezní politice EU a principům projektového managementu. Praktická část analyzuje aktuální stav cestovního ruchu a fungování TIC ve Vsetíně na základě rozhovorů s klíčovými osobami. Výstupem je návrh projektu modernizace TIC obsahující harmonogram, rozpočet a indikátory úspěšnosti. Projekt byl podpořen v rámci dotačního řízení a v současnosti probíhá dle plánu.
