dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku praní a čištění textilií s důrazem na používané prací detergenty a jejich účinnost. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy související s procesem praní a je rozebráno složení pracích detergentů. Saponiny, jako specifická skupina detergentních látek, jsou také podrobně zkoumány z hlediska jejich molekulární struktury, vlastností a zdrojů. Dále je popsáno hodnocení prací účinnosti detergentů. V praktické části jsou stanoveny cíle a provedeny experimenty, které zahrnují přípravu pracích směsí, měření optické remise tkanin před a po zašpinění, praní a následné vyhodnocení výsledků. Diskuze se zabývá interpretací experimentálních výsledků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of washing and cleaning textiles with an emphasis on the laundry detergents used and their effectiveness. In the theoretical part, basic concepts related to the washing process are described and the composition of laundry detergents is analyzed. Saponins, as a specific group of detergent substances, are also investigated in detail in terms of their molecular structure, properties and sources. The evaluation of the washing efficiency of detergents is also described. In the practical part, goals are set and experiments are carried out, which include the preparation of washing mixtures, measurement of the optical remission of fabrics before and after soiling, washing and subsequent evaluation of the results. The discussion deals with the interpretation of the experimental results.
