dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice obalového hospodářství ve vybraném podniku. Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu současného stavu obalového hospodářství, identifikovat stávající nedostatky a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení evidence a řízení. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na logistiku podniku, na roli obalů v logistice podniku a také na aktuální trendy a inovace v obalovém hospodářství. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu obalového hospodářství s důrazem na interní obaly ve vybraném podniku. Praktická část využívá metody deskriptivní, kvantitativní, pozorování a grafické. Na základě získaných výsledků jsou formulována a následně kalkulována opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení současného stavu. Opatření je také zhodnoceno z hlediska ekonomických a časových úspor.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of packaging management in a selected company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the current state of packaging management, to identify the existing shortcomings and to propose measures for improving record keeping and management. The theoretical part focuses on the logistics of the enterprise, the role of packaging in the logistics of the enterprise and also on current trends and innovations in packaging management. In the practical part, an analysis of the current state of packaging management is carried out with emphasis on the internal packaging in the selected enterprise. The practical part uses descriptive, quantitative, observational and graphical methods. Based on the results obtained, measures leading to the improvement of the current situation are formulated and then calculated. The measures are also evaluated in terms of economic and time savings.
