dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti davu na velkoplošných akcích s vysokou koncentrací osob. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, představuje relevantní legislativu a shrnuje odborné poznatky týkající se rizik spojených s výskytem davu. Dále se věnuje klasifikaci velkoplošných akcí a identifikaci hlavních bezpečnostních hrozeb. Praktická část analyzuje historické události, při nichž došlo k ohrožení bezpečnosti davu, a dále se opírá o výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi účastníky hromadných akcí. Cílem bylo zjistit, které faktory respondenti vnímají jako nejvíce narušující bezpečnost. Odpovědi účastníků jsou názorně znázorněny graficky a následně použity k sestavení Ishikawova diagramu, jenž slouží k identifikaci a systematickému rozboru příčin potenciálních bezpečnostních rizik. Výsledky práce poskytují přehled o vnímaných hrozbách a klíčových faktorech ovlivňujících bezpečnost účastníků. Tyto poznatky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro návrh preventivních opatření a zefektivnění bezpečnostního plánování při organizaci velkoplošných událostí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of crowd safety at large-scale events with high concentrations of people. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic terms, presents the relevant legislation, and summarizes the professional knowledge concerning the risks associated with crowd gatherings. It also focuses on the classification of large-scale events and identifies the main security threats. The practical part analyzes historical events in which crowd safety was compromised and further relies on the results of a survey conducted among participants of mass events. The aim was to identify which factors respondents perceive as the most disruptive to safety. The responses from participants are graphically represented and subsequently used to create an Ishikawa diagram, which serves to identify and systematically analyze the causes of potential security risks. The results of the thesis provide an overview of the perceived threats and key factors affecting the safety of participants. These findings can serve as a basis for the development of preventive measures and the optimization of safety planning in the organization of large-scale events.
