dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice povědomí občanů o činnosti Horské služby České republiky a o vlastní bezpečnosti v horských oblastech. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak veřejnost vnímá roli Horské služby a jaké má znalosti o pravidlech bezpečného pohybu v horách. Teoretická část mapuje historii, právní rámec, činnost a financování Horské služby ČR a porovnává systém horské záchrany se Slovenskou republikou. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, které analyzuje informovanost občanů a jejich postoje k bezpečnosti v horském prostředí. Na základě zjištění jsou navržena opatření ke zvýšení bezpečnosti občanů v horských oblastech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of public awareness regarding the activities of the Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and personal safety in mountainous areas. The aim of the thesis is to determine how the public perceives the role of the Mountain Rescue Service and what knowledge they possess about the rules of safe movement in the mountains. The theoretical part maps the history, legal framework, activities, and funding of the Czech Mountain Rescue Service and compares the mountain rescue systems of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey that analyzes public awareness and attitudes towards safety in mountain environments. Based on the findings, measures are proposed to improve the safety of citizens in mountain areas.
