dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá bezpečnostními riziky ve městě Litomyšl a jejich vnímání obyvateli města. Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat , jako občané Litomyšle subjektivně vnímají danou bezpečnostní hrozbu a jak je toto vnímání v souladu či v rozporu a jejich objektivním hodnocením. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové pojmy související s bezpečnostní a rizikem, stručně popisuje proces mapování rizik v České republice a podrobněji rozebírá téma vnímání rizik včetně faktorů, které jej ovlivňují. Praktická část obsahuje popis města Litomyšl, identifikaci bezpečnostních hrozeb pro město, analýzu výsledků dotazníku, srovnání vnímání rizik obyvateli města s objektivní analýzou a inovativní návrhy pro komunikaci a informovanosti o rizicích mezi obyvateli města.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with security risks in the city of Litomyšl and their perception by the inhabitants of the city. The aim of this study was to analyse how the citizens of Litomyšl subjectively perceive a given security threat and how this perception is in line or in conflict with their objective assessment. the theoretical part defines the key concepts related to security and risk, briefly describes the process of risk mapping in the Czech Republic and discusses in more detail the topic of risk perception, including the factors that influence it. The practical part includes a description of the city of Litomyšl, identification of security threats to the city, analysis of the results of the questionnaire, comparison of the risk perception of the city residents with the objective analysis and innovative proposals for communication and awareness of risk among the city residents.
