dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vzdělávání v kybernetické a informační bezpečnosti v České republice. V teoretické části práce je vymezen právní rámec včetně důležitých zákonů, vyhlášek a evropských směrnic. Dále jsou popsány instituce, které se danou problematikou v České republice zabývají. Důraz je rovněž kladen na vysvětlení základních pojmů, přehled významných kybernetických incidentů a na vzdělávání. Praktická část se věnuje zhodnocení vybraných vzdělávacích kurzů v oblasti kybernetické a informační bezpečnosti v České republice prostřednictvím vícekriteriální analýzy. Součástí praktické části bylo provedeno kvalitativní šetření formou strukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci státního a soukromého sektoru. Výsledkem práce je porovnání a návrh zvýšení úrovně vzdělávání v oblasti kybernetické a informační bezpečnosti v České republice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of education in cyber and information security in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the legal framework including important laws, decrees and European directives. Furthermore, the instructions dealing with this issue in the Czech Republic are described. Emphasis i salso placed on the explanation of basic concepts, an overview of significant cyber incidents and on education. The practical part is devoted to the evaluation of selected training courses in the field of cyber and information security in the Czech Republic through a multi-criteria analysis. The practical part included a qualitative investigation in the formo f structured interviews with public and private sector employees. The result of the work is a comparison and a proposal to increase the level of education in the field of cyber and information security in the Czech Republic.
