dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá současností a budoucností služební kynologie pro ochranu obyvatelstva. Teoretická část se věnuje právnímu rámci a odborné literatuře na danou problematiku. Dále práce popisuje nejčastěji používaná plemena psů a požadavky na psovody a služební psy. Praktická část je zaměřena na posouzení současného stavu služební kynologie, konkrétně na dotazníkové šetření mezi psovody z Policie České republiky a Armády České republiky a následnou SWOT analýzu a Ishikawa diagram. Výsledky práce jsou návrh a doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the present and future of service cynology for the protection of the population. The theoretical part is devoted to the legal framework and professional literature on the given issue. Furthermore, the thesis describes the most frequently used dog breeds and the requirements for dog handlers and service dogs. The practical part is focused on assessing the current state of service cynology, specifically on a questionnaire survey among dog handlers from the Police of the Czech Republic and the Army of the Czech Republic and the subsequent SWOT analysis and Ishikawa diagram. The results of the thesis are a proposal and recommendations for improving the current state.
