dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na drogovou problematiku z pohledu Policie České republiky, Územního odboru Přerov. V praktické části diplomové práce je rozhovor s participanty, kteří se dopouští primární drogové trestné činnost a jejich pohled na drogovou problematiku a páchání trestných činů spojených s omamnými a psychotropními látkami. V diplomové práci byla použita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Na základě zjištěných informací z uskutečněných rozhovorů se následně provedla SWOT analýza pro identifikování silných, slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb. O uvedených skutečnostech byla provedena diskuse zaměřující se na zjištěné výsledky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on drug problems from the perspective of the Police of the Czech Republic, Territorial Department Přerov. The practical part of the thesis includes an interview with participants who commit primary drug offences and their view on the drug issue and the commission of offences related to narcotic and psychotropic substances. The semi-structured interview method was used in the thesis. Based on the information gathered from the interviews conducted, a SWOT analysis was then conducted to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. A discussion was conducted on the above findings focusing on the findings.
