dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh plánu odezvy obce Doloplazy na mimořádné události. Výstupem je dokument, který může pomoci rychlejší a efektivnější reakci na krizové situace. Teoretická část je základem pro zpracování praktické části, která obsahuje identifikaci infrastruktury obce a následné analyzování rizik ohrožující danou infrastrukturu a obyvatelstvo obce. Důkladná analýza poskytuje podklad pro vypracování návrhu plánu, který může usnadnit rozhodování a komunikaci při potenciálních krizových situacích.
