dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na otázku ochrany obyvatelstva v prostředí českých věznic. V teoretické části je představen vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva, vývoj vězeňství na území dnešní České republiky, integrovaný záchranný systém a právní předpisy. Dále je v teoretické části popsaná Vězeňská služba České republiky, její úkoly a organizační struktura. Blíže je v diplomové práci řešena mimořádná událost v prostředí věznice, její vznik, řešení a prostředky vězeňské služby k jejímu zvládnutí. V praktické části bylo s vězněnými osobami provedeno dotazníkové řešení na znalosti z oboru ochrany obyvatelstva. Dotazníky byly vyhodnoceny z pohledu období narození a dosaženého vzdělání.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the issue protection of the populatiun in prisons inthe Czech Republic. The theoretical part introduces the development of population protection, the development of the prison system in the territory of today's Czech Republic, the integrated rescue system and legal regulations. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, its tasks and organizational structure. The diploma thesis deals with an extraordinary event in the prison environment, its origin, solution and the means of the prison service to cope with it. In the practical part, a questionnaire solution was carried out with prisoners on their knowledge in the field of population protection. The questionnaires were evaluated in terms of the period of birth and education.
