dc.description.abstract	Ochrana spotřebitele se týká všech občanů České republiky. Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním teoretických poznatků v této oblasti. Dotazník vytvořený na základě zjištěných teoretických poznatků sloužil k provedení vlastního výzkumu postojů občanů ČR k otázkám ochrany spotřebitele. Z analyzovaných výsledků výzkumu vyplývá pocit nedostatečné informovanosti respondentů a jejich přesvědčení, že získávání informací je zdlouhavé a nepřehledné. Projekt diplomové práce vychází z tohoto závěru a navrhuje, aby dozorčí orgány na svých webových stránkách používaly RSS technologii, která usnadní přístup k publikovaným informacím. Projekt DP také navrhuje vytvoření webového portálu, na kterém by byly veškeré informace týkající se ochrany spotřebitele zveřejněny přehledným způsobem. Tato opatření přispějí ke zvýšení informovanosti spotřebitele v České republice.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Consumer protection is a very important issue that concerns all citizens in the Czech Republic. The dissertation thesis conducts research on theoretical knowledge avalaible in this area. Based on the theoretical findings of the research the thesis examines the attitudes of the general public towards the issue of consumer protection by means of a questionnaire. According to the results of the questionnaire survey the respondents have the feeling of not being fully and realiably informated. Moreover, looking for this kind of information on different web portals of supervisory bodies is time-consuming and unclear. The thesis, therefore suggests that supervisory bodies use RSS technology on their web sites to make the published information easier to access. The thesis also comes up with a suggestion of designing a web portal where all information on consumer protection would be made available in a clear and organized way. This will improve information flow and consumer awareness in the Czech republic.	en
