Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit projekt sportovní akce pro motivaci zaměstnanců firmy DHL Express (Czech Republic) s.r.o. Teoretická část se zabývá obecně motivací v řízení lidských zdrojů a organizováním akcí. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu současného stavu motivace zaměstnanců. Na základě analýzy je navržen projekt sportovní akce pro zaměstnance firmy DHL Express. Prostřednictvím organizování sportovního víkendu se má zlepšit motivace zaměstnanců. |
