Diplomová práce řeší problematiku adaptace nových zaměstnanců se zaměřením na útvar vývoje výrobního závodu. Teoretická část diplomové práce předkládá východiska pro zpracování praktické části, zejména pak projektové, jejímž cílem je tvorba adaptačního procesu. Adaptační proces je vytvořen na základě analýzy současného stavu na útvaru vývoje a vychází z předcházejících poznatků jenž byly zpracovány již v práci bakalářské. Adaptační proces, jehož tvorba je cílem této práce, je navržen tak, aby bylo možno jej okamžitě začlenit do procesní mapy výrobního závodu a ihned realizovat. Projektová část diplomové práce řeší rovněž i problematiku dokumentace adaptačního procesu včetně návrhu adaptačního programu zaměstnance a jeho hodnocení. V diplomové práci je uveden vzorový příklad adaptačního programu včetně hodnocení, který je následně zařazen do pro-cesu adaptace a je zde i graficky znázorněn. |

This master thesis solves adaptation questions for new employees focusing on development department of the manufacturing plant. Theoretical part of the master thesis proposes basis for the practical part, especially the project, which target is the preparation of the adaptation process. Adaptation process is created on the basis of current state analysis on the development department and results from previous knowledge that was worked already in the bachelor thesis. Adaptation process, which preparation is the target of this thesis, is prepared so that it is possible to cover it in the process map of the manufacturing plant and immediately realize. The project part of the master thesis covers also documentation of the adaptation process and includes adaptation program proposal and its evaluation. There is adaptation program example including the evaluation in the master thesis, and it is worked then into the adaptation process and also graphically demonstarted. |
