Cílem práce je vymezení právních aspektů majících vztah k činnostem soukromých detektivních služeb, vymezení právních základů a východisek, o něž se činnost soukromých detektivních služeb opírá. Práce dále popisuje právní podmínky jedné z nejčastějších činností soukromých detektivních služeb, a to činnost soukromého detektiva při dohledu v obchodě a poukazuje na možnost vzniku trestní odpovědnosti soukromých detektivů při výkonu jejich činnosti. |

The aim of the thesis is to define legal aspects relating to the activities of private detective services, also to define legal basis and foundations on which activites of private detective services are grounded. The thesis further describes legal conditions of one of the most frequent activities of private detective services, namely the activity of a private detective when supervising in a store, and points out the possibility of the rise of criminal responsibility of private detectives in the practice of their activities. |
