Najdôležitejšie je získanie dostatku relevantných informácií o danej firme a jej konkurent-och, ktoré je nasledované ich analýzou a benchmarkingovým porovnaním. Na základe zhodnotenia vyvodených záverov sú navrhované opatrenia, ktoré by mali zvýšiť konkuren-cieschopnosť firmy Microstep, spol. s r.o. |
