dc.description.abstract	Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám vnitropodnikovými směrnicemi. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na význam směrnic pro společnost, náležitosti a druhy využívaných směrnic a také v neposlední řadě na tvorbu směrnic daných legislativou a doplňkových směrnic. V analytické části se zaměřuji na analýzu současného stavu vydaných směrnic ve společnosti a potom následnou optimalizaci a tvorbu vybraných směrnic pro společnost.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my dissertation I focus on internal company directives. In the theoretical section I try to focus on the significance of directives for the company, their appurtenances and types of utilised directives. Last but not least I focus on the creation of directives given by legislation and on additional directives. In the analytical section I focus on analysing the current state of directives in the company and then on subsequent optimisation and creation of selected directives for the company.	en
