Předmětem této diplomové práce je charakteristika informační podpory. Práce popisuje integrovaný záchranný systém jako celek a zaměřuje se i na jeho jednotlivé složky. Poukazuje na pravomoci jednotlivých složek, zásady koordinace mezi nimi a práva velitele zásahu. Součástí práce je charakteristika informačních systémů, které nabízí trh pro informační podporu krizového řízení na úrovni krajů, a které současně poskytují podporu IZS při vzniku mimořádné události. V práci jsou také vymezeny základní problémy zajištění informační podpory v integrovaném záchranném systému při vzniku mimořádné události, které mohou být řešeny mobilními geoinformačními technologiemi. |
