dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá motivací a stimulací pracovníků. Teoretická část práce pojednává obecně o motivaci. Věnuje se základním pojmům, typům motivace, procesu motivace a nejznámějším motivačním teoriím. Druhá kapitola teoretické části se věnuje stimulaci pracovníků, popisuje principy stimulace a uvádí některé z motivačních a demotivačních faktorů. Analytická část práce se zabývá samotnou analýzou motivačních faktorů a stimulace pracovníků SOŠ Slavičín. Závěr této práce tvoří návrh na zlepšení stimulace a motivace pracovníků SOŠ Slavičín.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with motivation and stimulation of employees. The theoretical part of the work deals with motivation in general. It deals with basic words, types of motivation, process of motivation and the most known motivational theories. The second chapter of the theoretical part deals with stimulation of employees, it discribes principles of stimulation and presents some of motivational and demotivational factors. The analytical part of the work deals with the analysis of motivational factors and stimulation of employees in SOŠ Slavičín itself. The conclusion of the work implies an improvement suggestion on stimulation and motivation of employees in SOŠ Slavičín.	en
