Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou finančního řízení. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše z odborných zdrojů, která se věnuje oblasti finančního řízení, cash flow a finanční analýze. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, ve které je zpracována finanční analýza firmy XY, s.r.o. a vyhodnoceny její ukazatele za posledních dvanáct let působení firmy na trhu. Na základě zjištěných výsledů jsem identifikovala faktory, které měly vliv na finanční řízení firmy. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou zpracovány návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení řízení financí podniku. |

The bachelor thesis deals with problems a financial management. In the theoretic section is make the literary search from skilled books.
